Host: Mr. Ahmad is at his school now and remembering his previous days' Sir what is the reason behind the strict discipline of convents schools?

Mr. Ahmad: They are trained in discipline and So they trained us more discipline and I'm also trying to convert the discipline in my family.

Host: What are the best things that you seek from your school?

Mr. Ahmad: The main 3 things are cleanliness, speaking truth, and love.

Host: Mr. Ahmed also is the founder of research and development in the Faisalabad chamber of commerce and industry and now we are interviewing the couple because Mrs. Ahmad is also with us.

Host: Hello Mrs. Ahmad how are you?

Mrs. Ahmad: I'm fine

Host: How do you work for the Faisalabad chamber of commerce and industry because men are more dominating in the industry?

Mrs. Ahmad: I worked in many aspects but especially in member growth and they also give me the appreciation certificate.

Host: Do you working for the new and young generation?

Mrs. Ahmad: Yes we are trying to promote new young women to being an entrepreneur.

Host: Now we are in the R&D office of FCCI sir how does R&D works?

Mr. Ahmad: First of all I want to tell you that we need to change our way of thinking when our thinking change we change that’s why R&D keep trying to introduce new ideas.

Host: You write for exporters do you involve stakeholder in it.

Mr. Ahmad: Yes of course. We also provide data and books for guidance for students and entrepreneurs in hard and soft forms.

Host: How do you see the pollution in the environment of the city?

Mr. Ahmad: Pollution is also a very big problem of the city and the environment department Faisalabad working on it.

Host: now we are at the factory of Mr. Ahmad Sir do you develop the business on your own or you inherit it.

Mr. Ahmad: Yes my father and my uncle is the founder of this business when the time comes for me and I promote it further.
