The posts also mentioned:

  • Victims aged 34, 19, and 22
  • Two patients allegedly died at Capital Hospital Islamabad
  • Juice brand was “unknown”

What’s the Reality?

After proper investigation, this claim is completely FALSE.

Official Findings:

  • Dr. Naeem Taj (Executive Director, Capital Hospital):
    • No evidence linking deaths to juice
    • Two patients had chest pain
    • Third patient had no history of juice consumption
  • District Health Office (DHO) Islamabad:
    • No such case found in any government hospital
    • No official record of these deaths exists
