Today we have a meeting with a personality who has done various projects for the government of Pakistan and he is appreciated many times for his contribution.

Host: Sir what do you miss in education life in the past that you remember alone or free time?

Aamer Saleemi: College because I studied in army college that’s why discipline becomes part of my life that helps me in future.

Host: How do manage to communicate with the government, running your own company, and interacting with businessmen?

Aamer Saleemi: it's known as multi-tasking and the toughest part is to handle my company tasks like customer retention and the government is also in the interest of industrialization.

Host: Did government support you in business?

Aamer Saleemi: Yes government supports the business community with their business-friendly policies.

Host: I saw that your office environment is very good so how many people are working for you on that mission

Aamer Saleemi: When you use the word family you are right most of our employees are joined us 10 to 12 years ago that is the secret of our success. They are loyal to the company and are become our family.

Host: How do you facilitate foreigners?

Aamer Saleemi: We facilitate them with proper documentation in commerce zones and also we have a police station nearby to provide them security. We also facilitate them with PIA approvals.

Host: Did your office is in connection with the Chinese embassy office?

Aamer Saleemi: No we are just connected with a couple of our government departments.

Host: I heard that you have state of art security measures in your working environment?

Aamer Saleemi: Yes we have a disaster management cell for which we have 300 million rupees in which we also cover industrial emergencies and as well as city emergency treatments.

Host: Sir do you remember when you started this project and you nourish it like a baby now the baby is growing up what do you felt about that?

Aamer Saleemi: Yes I felt satisfactory I saw a time when it's like a small baby now it's growing up gradually and standing up for a running position as you see Hyundai automobile company installed their car-making plant and it’s a positive sign of growth.

Host: Sir what the specific today’s plan to visit the site?

Aamer Saleemi: Today Minister industries commerce and investment is coming in the meeting he also visits different industries you can also meet him for while.

Host: Sir what is the purpose of their arrival?

Aamer Saleemi: Today inaugurating Pakistan’s first-ever smartphone manufacturing plant and you can use it as breaking news.

Host: Sir you have a very busy schedule so did your family satisfied that you are giving them enough time?

Aamer Saleemi: Honestly not but I'm trying my best to make my family happy. But unfortunately, my job requires time to fulfill my commitments.

Host: what do you think about your life partner's role in your success?

Aamer Saleemi: Its 100% I think.

Host: Do you have any regrets in a past life?

Aamer Saleemi: You know there no perfection in human life but I have no regrets in my life.
