World Cup 2019 Trophy Reached Lahore For The Third Time

World Cup 2019 trophy reached provincial metropolis for the third time here on Friday and was displayed at a local hotel.
The Trophy arrived in Islamabad in the early hours of May 01 and was moved to Lahore later the next day. In both cities the Trophy was displayed for viewing by the media, members of the digital community and by the public. The trophy toured its way to be exhibited at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore on May 3, 2019. The voyage of the grandeur Cup to Pakistan has been arranged by Coca Cola and a large number of die hard lovers of the game assembled at a local hotel to get a glimpse of the masterpiece of sports memento which will be presented to its 2019 edition winner. The cup will get underway from May 30 in England.
It is the third time in a year that trophy made its trip to Pakistan after travelling to a number of countries across the globe.
A spokesman of the coca cola told APP that the prime objective of bringing the trophy to Pakistan ahead of the Cup is to create cricket festivity for cricket lovers who are feeling motivated by seeing this coveted pride symbol of cricket.
"We are confident that Pakistan will win the mega event and we have pinned a lot of hope with the Pakistan team," a number of people who were gathered to see the trophy told APP. The fans made selfies with the trophy and described it a life time opportunity to see the coveted Cup in front of them.
They wished best of luck to Pakistan and said their prayers are with the national side.
Pakistan will open its campaign in the Cup by taking on West Indies on May 31.
