Lahore: The fourth day of the Test match between Pakistan and South Africa has begun at the Gaddafi Stadium, and the visiting team needs 224 runs to win while it still has 7 wickets left.

It is pertinent to note that on the third day of the game, the South African team was bowled out before the lunch break in its first innings and could only score 269 runs in response to Pakistan's 378 runs in the first innings.

The Pakistan team started its second innings with a lead of 109 runs and was bundled out for 167 runs before the third day, giving South Africa a target of 277 to win.

The South African team had scored 51 runs for the loss of 2 wickets by the end of the third day of the game in its second innings. Captain Aiden Markram 3 and Wayne Mulder were out without scoring any runs.

The fourth day of play began today with opening batsmen Ryan Riccione and Tony De Zozzi, but De Zozzi fell victim to Shaheen Shah Afridi without adding to his previous day's score.
