Police get approval to bring Anmol Pinky to Lahore for investigation

Police have obtained permission to bring drug dealer Anmol, alias Pinky, to Lahore for investigation in multiple criminal cases registered against her.
According to police sources, authorities approached both the court and the Home Department to seek approval for her transfer. Five cases have been registered against Anmol Pinky at Lahore's Iqbal Town, Kot Lakhpat, Wahdat Colony, Liaqatabad and Gujarpura police stations.
Investigation police are expected to travel to Karachi soon in connection with the matter. Lahore Police will seek permission from a local court in Karachi to transfer Anmol Pinky to Lahore and formally include her in the investigation of the cases.
Sources said that despite being nominated in the cases registered in Lahore, Anmol Pinky has not yet been arrested in any of them.
Further legal proceedings are expected in the coming days.
