PAKISTAN CITIZEN PORTAL RECEIVES 604074 COMPLAINTS

ISLAMABAD (9 News) – Over eight hundred seventy five thousand people have so far been registered at Pakistan Citizen Portal, including more than eighty thousand overseas Pakistanis. On the directions of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the complaints are being resolved by the people from Pakistan and foreign countries. As many as 875000 and 111 people registered the Pakistan Citizen Portal. The people, who registered on the portal, from Pakistan have become 791059 while Pakistani overseas 80753 and foreigners included 3299. The portal received 604074 complaints, of which 449025 were resolved. The Portal is working according to the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan to address the complaints of citizens.

PMYP to launch sme-lending facility for young entrepreneurs
Prime Minister Youth Affairs Programme has planned to launch “SME-lending facility” under which subsidized business loans will be offered to young entrepreneurs for running their own businesses.

An official of the progamme said the loans will be offered in three categories.

In the first category, up to five hundred thousand rupees lending facility will be offered to the borrowers and no guarantee will be required for this loan as only personal guarantee would be enough. Under the second and third category, subsidized loans would be offered to borrowers from 0.5 to one million rupees and one million to twenty five million rupees respectively. In the last two categories, Prime Minister Youth Affairs Programme would provide subsidy to the borrowers by sharing half of their interest rate.
PMYP, Ehsas Programme teams to jointly devise effective strategy
Prime Minister Youth Programme and Ehsas programme teams would work together to devise an effective strategy through financial inclusion. Agreement to this effect came at a meeting between Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar and Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme Dr. Sania Nishtar in Islamabad today. It was decided that Kamyab Jawan and Ehsas Programmes would be aligned to ensure a substantial impact for social engagement and economic empowerment of youth in different sectors of economy. Usmar Dar and Dr. Sania Nishtar also discussed youth-focused initiatives, especially poverty graduation programme for the rural and marginalized youth.
