Hearing against PTI founder, Bushra Bibi in 190m pounds reference to held today

ISLAMABAD - The court proceedings against the PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi in the 190 million pounds reference in Al-Qadir Trust case is set to hold today (Friday).
As per sources, there was a possibility of indictment of the couple in 190 million pounds reference today.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had filed a reference in the accountability court against the PTI chairman pertaining to the 190 million pounds Al-Qadir Trust scam.
Earlier, the court hearing was set to be held on Feb 20 but it was deferred as the newly-appointed judge Nasir Javed Rana has yet to take charge at his new place of posting.
It may be recalled that on previous hearings Judge Muhammad Bashir was not available, so indictment was postponed. A new judge was appointed in place of judge Muhammad Bashir who has applied for long leave till his retirement.
The PTI founder has already been convicted in three cases - cipher case, Toshakhana case and illegal marriage case.
