Asif Zardari announces to table no-confidence motion in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

KARACHI: Former president Asif Zardari has hinted at a change in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa after Punjab, saying that they will bring a no-confidence motion in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In an interview with a private channel on Thursday, he said that some friends have gone astray and he will bring them back.

Asif Zardari said that the government will conduct the elections if Imran Khan dissolved both assemblies.

"We have a suitable strategy to save the Punjab Assembly. Early elections are not favorable for the country or democracy," he added.
