10 soldiers martyred in terrorist attack on checkpost in Kech

QUETTA: Ten Pakistan Army soldiers were martyred in a terrorist attack on a security forces check post in Balochistan’s Kech district.

According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the terrorists attacked the security forces check post in Balochistan’s Kech.

During intense exchange of fire, one terrorist was killed and several injured. While repulsing terrorists' fire raids, 10 soldiers also embraced martyrdom.

Security forces also arrested three terrorists in the follow-up clearance operation that remains underway.

“The security forces are committed to eliminating terrorists from Pakistan no matter what the cost," the ISPR statement said.
