(Karachi News): Article 149 of the Constitution of Pakistan pertains to the states in some specific scenarios to instructions. The report says 149. Instructions to Provinces in certain instances. –(1) The executive authority of each Province will be so exercised as not to impede or prejudice the exercise of the executive authority of the Federation, along with also the executive authority of the Federation shall extend to the giving of such directions to a Province as might seem to the Federal Government to be necessary for this goal.

The federal minister said that he affirms promulgation of Article 149 (4) from Karachi, including it isn’t the judicial principle, rather it’s supposed to take the administrative management of Karachi without imposing crisis or the governor rule.
