Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has vowed to Provide a No-Objection Certificate to Niroshan Dickwella and Thisara Parera in order to allow them to Take Part in the continuing Caribbean Premier League at West Indies.
The 2 cricketers are among the eight players that have refused to tour Pakistan because of security issues.”It’s our policy not to give NOCs when there is a national tour, and the players would have known that” Sri Lanka Cricket Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ashley de Silva explained.
An SLC official has stated that there was a security evaluation completed from the cricket board as well as their Pakistani counterparts had gone out of the way to ensure security for the players that were .”Other international players have also toured there with the World XI and so on.
