Karachi: Former Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed has once again countered criticism against him after there were reports that he refused to play the final T20I of the recently concluded England series.
A local journalist tweeted about the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) double standards by referring incidents where Sarfaraz Ahmed might have break disciplinary breaches
He mentioned two incidents where he left the captaincy of the Sindh team in National T20 last year and also had reservations to play in the third T20I against England recently.
The wicket-keeper batsman replied with a couplet in Urdu which meant that he is still motivated to play for Pakistan despite criticism.
It must be noted that last week Sarfaraz posted a message for his critics after he was picked in the final T20I of the series against England as he was heavily criticized on social media and received hate as he missed Moeen Ali’s stumps.
