Your turn will come to Saad Rafique warns govt against political revenge

Sialkot: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Saad Rafique has warned the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) against taking political revenge saying their turn will come too.

While talking to the media, the former railway minister warned the government to end the practice of taking revenge in the name of accountability.

“The aim of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) is to restore the process of democracy in country. We do not want to form our own government after sending PTI home. We just want the supremacy of constitution and democracy in the country,” he said.

Saad Rafique said that a dictator has been installed in the country under the guise of democracy.

“The government of PTI badly damaged Pakistan’s image internationally with issues like fake licenses of pilots and seizure of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane by Malaysian authorities,” he added.

He further said that the only agenda of PTI is to spread unrest in the country, but vowed to continue their struggle through the platform of PDM.

Referring to the arrest of PML-N leader Khawaja Asif, he said that there is no connection between accountability and these arrests.

“All our leaders will be cleared of these charges soon,” he added.
