Former Pakistan cricketer Nasir Jamshed admitted that he had made a mistake in connection with the spot-fixing scandals.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Jamshed shared a video featuring her daughter showing her cricketing prowess. On this occasion, the 34-year-old cricketer penned, "I won't forgive myself for what I did with my career."

He vowed to train his daughter, saying, "I am truly sorry, but I will try to pass my talent on to my daughter and give her the best chance."

Following his involvement in spot-fixing scandals in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), former cricketer Nasir Jamshed was slapped with a 10-year ban. Additionally, he had to serve a 17-month jail term in the UK.

Jamshed had represented Pakistan in two Tests, 48 ODIs and 18 T20Is between 2008 and 2015.
