Parvez Elahi becomes PML-Q's president

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Thursday elected Chaudhry Parvez Elahi unopposed as party president in a meeting of the general council and provincials presidents in Lahore.

Whereas Kamil Ali Agha had been selected as the general secretary of the party.

The meeting was attended by party members and other provincial delegations.

It is pertinent to note that earlier the general council of PML-Q had removed Parvez Elahi and Chaudhry Shujat Hussain from the presidency of the party.
