The interior minister hoped that PDM leadership would abide by the agreement.

“Strict action will be taken if any diplomatic or governmental building is damaged in the red zone. Police and law enforcement agencies are on high alert and all protesters will be fully monitored,” he said.

The federal minister warned that strict action will be taken against those who would take law into their own hands.

Referring to the participation of seminary children in protest, he said, “Political differences are a separate matter but we do not want any sort of religious confrontation.”

Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) is all set to stage a protest in front of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) office in Islamabad today against delay in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) foreign funding case.
