Court directs police to submit records in Shahbaz Gill's bail plea by tomorrow

ISLAMABAD:- The sessions court directed police to submit the records in PTI leader Shahbaz Gill’s bail plea by tomorrow.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard Shahbaz Gill's bail plea. Lawyers of the accused  Ali Bukhari and Faisal Chaudhry appeared in the court. During the hearing, the judge questioned the police officer and said that if you have any reservations, tell us. “How many days do you need? The police officer requested the court to adjourn the hearing till Monday as the investigator will return by tomorrow evening.

Speaking to the lawyers of the accused, the judge remarked that you should arrange a ticket for the investigating officer. On this, the lawyers said that they are ready to give the airline ticket to the investigating officer.

Addressing the police officer, the court said that if the record is not submitted by tomorrow, it will become a problem for your officers. The court adjourned the hearing till 12 noon tomorrow.
