Condolences pour in on the passing of veteran actor Talat Iqbal

Condolences have been pouring in on social media after news broke of the passing of veteran actor Talat Iqbal.
News of his demise was confirmed to by the actor's family.
The actor had been living in the US and was hospitalised recently after the death of his daughter Sarah.
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar expressed his grief at the passing of the veteran actor and condoled with the family.
In a statement, he said Iqbal was a versatile and seasoned actor, adding that he will not be forgotten.
Actor Adnan Siddiqui called Iqbal an integral star of the 1970s and 1980s.

Filmmaker Furqan Siddiqui said the actor's funeral prayers will be held in Dallas, Texas, where he lived.

Iqbal starred in several popular dramas during the 1970s and 80s.
