Canada to send $2.6mn in aid for Pakistan flood victims

Ottawa: Canada has announced $2.6 million in aid for flood victims in Pakistan.
The aid will be distributed through humanitarian organizations to provide temporary shelter, clean water, and life-saving basic amenities to displaced people.
Canada’s Minister of State for International Development, Randeep Sarai, officially announced the aid.
He said that the recent heavy rains and devastating floods in Pakistan have affected millions of people, while many precious lives have been lost.
This Canadian aid will help meet the immediate needs of the affected families.
