The Afghan Government has reacted to Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah s statement targeting the hideouts of the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Afghanistan.

Zabihullah Mujahid, Islamic Emirate spokesman, has said that no one will be allowed to attack Afghanistan. He said that Afghanistan wanted good relations with Pakistan and that Pakistani officials should be careful while talking.

Zabihullah Mujahid said that no country had the right to attack the territory of another country, adding that no law in the world allowed such aggression. He said that if anyone had any problem then they should talk to the Islamic Emirate. He also said that Afghan security forces could take action.

On the other hand, a statement issued by the Afghan Defense Ministry has said that the statement of Pakistani officials was baseless and provocative urging that any problem or dispute should be resolved under the agreement.

It should be noted that Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah had said in an interview that if Afghanistan did not take action against TTP bases then Pakistan could target TTP bases in the neighboring country.
