(Rawalpindi News): Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa said on Friday that we’ll fight to get rid of illiteracy and poverty. Addressing a function in the General Headquarters (GHQ) in relationship with the Defence and Martyrs Day, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said Pakistan had fulfilled its duty wholeheartedly and it was around the rest of the planet to reject extremism and terrorism in a variety of forms.
He said today’s Pakistan gave a concept of peace and safety and the message was for the entire world and area for Pakistan’s sacrifices and collaboration were unprecedented.
Martyrs’ families were invited to the service, which was attended by Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, Chief of the Naval Staff, Chief of the Air Staff as well as many others. The COAS paid tribute and fulfilled with the families of martyrs.

Paying tribute he stated families of martyrs’ feelings and feelings had improved solve and his confidence.

He said Pakistan would continue to extend its collaboration for successful completion of the Afghan peace process since it ensured peace in Pakistan.
