Azadi March issue: LHC directs federal, provincial govts to submit replies in one week

(Lahore News): Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday has run hearing the constitutional petition filed from Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl’s (JUI-F) anti-government Abadi March’.During the event, the court has sought replies from provincial and national authorities within a week and directed the concerned authorities to submit justification over JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s anti-government’ force’.

The plaintiff, in his request, adopted the position that constitutional government can’t be dissolved before finishing its own five-year tenure. Maulana Fazlur Rehman has shaped military for shielding his Azadi March, he maintained. He demanded that the court to prevent JUI-F activists’ private army from holding illegal sit-in in the federal capital, Islamabad.

“People from all around the country will go into Islamabad in precisely the exact same time, he advised. Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman stated he’ll announce the plan of action after attaining Islamabad. The protests will be national if Azadi March has been ceased, he worried.
