ANF challenges decision of not hearing Rana Sana’s case on daily basis in LHC

(Lahore News): The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has on Tuesday contested trial court’s conclusion of not hearing heroin smuggling case against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Punjab President Rana Sanaullah daily basis from the Lahore High Court (LHC).

The request was filed with the ANF legal manager maintaining a drug trafficking case was registered from the PML-N leader on July 1 and the challan was timely. The ANF took the position which the trial court, contrary to truth, refused the plea. The ANF asked the Lahore High Court to nullify the trial court’s conclusion and permit conducting hearing.
