Senate motion failure: Shehbaz, Bilawal restrict party members from commenting against each other

ISLAMABAD (9Newshd): Opposition Leader in National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chief Bilawal Bhutto have barred their leaders from giving statements after the failure of no-trust motion against Senate chairman Sadiq Sanjrani.

In a statement, Shehbaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto have directed their leaders to stay quiet until the report of the fact-finding committee. They further stated that the matter will be reviewed in the All Parties Conference (APC).

Earlier, Bilawal had announced to submit a motion in the senate to end secret balloting. Senate elections were rigged and Sadiq Sanjarani should resign, he demanded. For more latest news Pakistan, visit 9newshd.tv
