Qatar desires to further defense ties with Pakistan

Commander Qatar Emiri Guard Major General Hazza bin Khalil Muhammad Al-Shahwani called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarters on Monday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a press release.

According to ISPR, during the meeting matters of mutual/professional interest and regional security situation were discussed.

“The visiting dignitary appreciated the professionalism of Pakistan Army and expressed his desire for increased Pakistan-Qatar defense collaboration,” ISPR concluded.
