Punjab govt announces 15-day winter vacations

LAHORE: The Punjab government has announced a 15-day winter vacation across the province.

According to a notification issued by the Punjab School Education Department on Friday, all public and private schools across the province will observe winter vacations from December 20, 2019, till January 5, 2020, and the schools will reopen on Jan 6, 2020.

In an earlier notification on March 14, 2019, the winter holidays were announced from December 20, 2019, to December 31.
