ISLAMABAD (9 News) – The government’s agenda is part of some nefarious conspiracy instead of the national interests.
According to a joint declaration announced by the opposition’s all parties conference (APC), the decisions made by the government have become a threat to national security, autonomy and survival.
It further stated that the government formed as result of rigging had endorsed its incompetence during its 11-month stint. “Each department of the country is facing deterioration. The economy has collapsed and price-hike has made life a hell for the common man,” it added.
Moreover, the parties participating in the APC agreed to de-seat Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani. A majority of parties also agreed to launch an anti-government movement. However, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto has not yet supported the anti-government movement.
Meanwhile, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman suggested to go for en bloc resignations from the parliament.
Speaking at the joint sitting of opposition parties during the APC in the federal capital on Wednesday, Rehman further suggested observing July 25 as black day against the anti-masses policies of the government.
“The incumbent government has no justification to rule the country,” the JUI-F chief said.
Asfandyar Wali of Awami National Party (ANP) suggested to get Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjarani removed from the post.
According to the details, a 10-member delegation of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) led by its president Shahbaz Sharif and vice-president Maryam Nawaz atended the gathering.
The PML-N delegation comprising Shahbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Raja Zafarul Haq, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Ahsan Iqbal, Amir Muqam, Abdul Qadir Baloch, Shah Muhammad Shah and Rana Sana Ullah participated in the APC.
A delegation of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) with party chairman Bilawal Bhutto were also present in the APC.
The decision regarding PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s participation in the All Parties Conference or otherwise was taken in the PPP parliamentary party meeting.
The PPP delegation comprising Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, Nayyer Bokhari, Raza Rabbani, Sherry Rehman and Farhat Ullah Babar attended the conference.
