9 News HD: Xiaomi has officially revealed the launch date and key specifications of its upcoming Redmi K100 smartphone. The phone is set to launch in China on October 27, 2026, with features aimed at users who want strong performance and a smooth gaming experience.

The Redmi K100 will feature a 6.83-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate. This high refresh rate is designed to make scrolling, animations and supported games look smoother. The screen can also reach a peak brightness of 3,500 nits, which may help users view content more clearly in bright conditions.

For performance, Xiaomi has confirmed that the phone will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. It will also include a dedicated D2 gaming chip to support gaming performance. The Redmi K100 will run HyperOS 4 software.
