Oil tanker overturns in Matiari, no casualty reported

MATIARI – An oil tanker of Pakistan State Oil (PSO) carrying 40,000 litres of petrol overturned in Matiari, a district in Sindh province, on Thursday night.

According to Motorway police spokesperson, the accident occurred when steering wheel of the oil tanker got free. He further said that no casualty was reported in the incident.

Motorway police spokesperson said that the oil tanker was removed from the road with the help of heavy machinery and petrol was also shifted to another tanker. He also informed that the road was cleared for all kind of traffic.
